Experience: Andy has over fourteen years of civil engineering and surveying experience in a variety of positions ranging from design engineering to project management. These roles have provided him with a deep understanding of numerous survey and civil software programs encompassing many types of data collectors, survey, and hydraulic/hydrology methods, including Eaglepoint, SurvCADD, Autodesk® Land Desktop and AutoCAD® Civil 3D®. His expertise includes management and design work on commercial sites, residential subdivisions, municipal road rehabilitation, utilities, railroads, and airports.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University; Surveying Certification Program from Cleveland State University; Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Ohio Northern University
